My Story

For years, I was stuck in the binge-restrict cycle, swinging between being ‘all in’ or ‘off track’, battling poor body image and chasing the next perfect plan. I thought I had to choose between strict rules or no structure at all… but neither felt right. What I really wanted was to feel good in my body and around food without constantly starting over.

What I learnt is that true balance isn’t just about food: it starts with mindset.

With a background in psychology and eight years in behaviour change consulting, I saw how much our thoughts shape our health. The beliefs we carry about food, weight and self-worth often create invisible barriers. Even when we know what to do, we feel stuck in old patterns. That’s when I knew mindset needed to be at the centre of real, sustainable change.

My passion for food and behaviour change led me to study nutrition and the science of healthy living, but I couldn’t find an approach that combined structured, evidence-based nutrition with practical behaviour change. So I created one.

Now, as a certified coach, I work with people who are tired of dieting, confused by nutrition advice or simply want to feel better, physically and mentally. Whether you’re navigating emotional eating, poor body image, or just wanting a healthier routine you actually love, I’ll help you do it with structure, science and support.

I offer tailored workplace wellness packages that combine nutrition, stress management, and behaviour change strategies to help your team feel and perform their best, without burnout. Sessions can be delivered virtually or on-site, and are designed to be practical, inclusive, and immediately impactful.
